- Bid on Silent Auction Items
- Purchase Raffle Tickets
- Vote for Your Favorite Costumes
- Donate (every $100 donation enters you to win a Cincy Cycle Boat Trip)
- Play our Guessing Games -Everyone who guesses the exact number wins a $25 Gift Card.
If no one guesses the exact number, then a prize will be awarded to the closest without going over.
Saturday, October 31
- Silent Auction Bidding, Games, Costume Contest close at 2 PM
- Donations will be accepted until 11:00 PM
- Costume Contest, Raffle, & Guessing Game Winners will be announced via text and/or email at 2:30PM
Sunday, November 1
- Cincy Cycle Boat Winner will be drawn & announced at 1:00 PM during item PickUp
Pick up of Winning Items
Pick up of all items will be Sunday, Nov 1 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM
at the Red Cross Building Parking lot

Item Delivery
If you would like your items delivered, please choose item #100 - $20 Delivery
Items will only be delivered within the Greater Cincinnati area.
Delivery of items will be Nov. 1 through Nov. 3
Shipping
All gift cards and certificate items will be mailed via USPS.
Please allow adequate time to receive your item(s).
Physical items
Shipping fees are NOT included in your purchase price.
If you do not live in the Greater Cincinnati Area and are not able to arrange pick up
on Nov 1, you will be responsible for all charges incurred in delivery of your item(s).
